  Thank goodness for Brenda.
  
  I came in with an unusual situation, to say the VERY least. She took the time to listen as I explained everything and then proceeded to make no fewer than 6 calls to different departments and spend over an hour on the phone, all to help me get a resolution.
  
  It was a drawn-out visit and I'm sure my situation and I left her with a headache, but I'm happy I had Brenda in my corner today to help me.
